Feature Request: Use collapsed/expandable menu on mobile browsers

Since the theme is responsive, add a responsive menu.

I'm not sure what you mean by "responsive menu"... the menu already responds to the width of the browser. Can you give me an example and a better description of what you're referring to?

@kumlog You're referring to the collapsable menu that appears when you resize the browser:

I am intentionally not using that menu style, as I feel it's better to be able to see all the menu items at all times. The menu is responsive, but it just gets a bit smaller with the margin tightened up to look better on smaller browsers:

That said, I'm not against the other menu style and I'd be happy to include an option for that style in the theme. I'll mark this as an enhancement.
