Add AM source SPICE entry

Ngspice contains AM source model but is not available from the Qucs-S GUI and marked as Qucsator-only device. Need to bring it back.

The SPICE entry for the noise sources should be implemented too.

It is impossible to implement Qucs AM source using SPICE. The AM source in Qucs has 3 pins and is controlled by external source, but Ngspice AM source has 2 pins.
