Feature request: WebRTC privacy built in

In the later versions of Chrome, it's easy enough to disable WebRTC IP leaking. I see in the docs for this plugin it recommends another plugin to ensure WebRTC privacy, but why not merge the two? If I'm proxing I probably don't want to leak my IP, so it makes sense to add it as a feature in this plugin, that auto enables when switching to a proxy.
