Proxy exclusion and manual setting

Hi, I started experiencing a strange behavior so here I am:

First - Applied manual proxy profile name disappear

1. Click the PS icon
2. Manual Proxy tab opens
3. Select a profile
4. Click the browser area to close PS panel
5. Click the PS icon again...Manual Proxy tab opens but there is no more profile name

Second - Direct/No proxy setting is not working I tried to exclude whole 172/8 network with "172.0.0.0/8" but PS removes /8 then, reading your post, I changed it to 172.* but it doesn't work. Setting the host address works.

Third - I have no network.proxy.backup settings I don't know if it is ok, but I don't have any network.proxy.backup settings on my about:config panel. (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0 ID:20180618220118)

can you regenerate the bug in the new release?
