Remember Rumble timestamp

Hello. This extension is currently able to remember YouTube timestamps to continue playing videos when you change back to their tabs.

Consider making this option remember Rumble timestamps too with the start parameter, e.g. https://rumble.com/v6mqm1r-doge-versus-dod-pop-some-popcorn.html?start=8.
