Do not discard at startup

I'm running latest version available on Firefox 108.0.2 on macOS 13.1.

I enabled:

  • Discard all unpinned tabs on a browser or extension startup
  • Discard all pinned tabs on a browser or extension startup
  • Discard all unloaded tabs on browser startup. This method discards almost all inactive tabs.

But pinned are never discarded at startup and it's not clear to me if it's discarding all the others.

Can I provide more information?
