Favicon Changed despite option not checked

Using version 0.6.6 in Firefox 106.0.4 (64-bit) on Fedora.

Even if I have "Change favicon of discarded tabs (if possible)" unchecked, I stil get the favicon changed.

It's actually a nice feature but I also use "Export Tab Urls" and I don't like the graphic in that output :(

exactly, I have the same problem on firefox (ubuntu), I didn't notice it in windows??? So it's a linux onluy problem?

it changes the favicon also if the option is disabled, and even if you remove the zzz symbol from the preferences, even in that case it's changed to a grey dot or something.
