[Feature request] Do not discard tabs when not connected to the internet

The Great Suspender has the similar option "Only auto-discard if connected to the internet". If there is a chance that the tab can't be restored without reloading the page again, this option is relevant.

If you can flip Offline Mode on FF to True, this may work

Perhaps you could do something similar to what The Great Suspender did and check the navigator.onLine attribute.
