PYPI install broken

I'm using fresh isolated ubuntu:

docker run --rm -it python bash

install from pypi fails with

pip install pysptk

< ... long error traceback ... >

installing numpy before pysptk does not fix the problem

but install from github works without errors:

pip install git+https://github.com/r9y9/pysptk

Looks like https://github.com/r9y9/pysptk/issues/91. Did you use python 3.10?
