(Xbox Series X Controller) Not able to press touchpad at all, either using back by itself or back and right stick or other combinations I've tried

I've tried using: back by itself back with right touchpad back with every other button setting multiactivate key in config to DPAD-UP setting TouchPadPressedWhileSwiping to 1 setting all ps4 specific options to NONE as recommended in this post https://github.com/r57zone/DualShock4-emulator/issues/75

None of the swipes or share key works either

In fact, I'm not sure the entire program is working at all. I used the emulator with keyboard and mouse to test it and got a "connect a compatible controller" message in PS Plus

Running Windows 11

Need to check with a third party utility https://github.com/Nielk1/VSCView/releases/

I've got it so that in VSCView if I select Playstation 4 as my controller I see the touchbar pressed when I hit the back button, but still no touchpad in game

Did you manage to resolve this? I am facing the same thing. Shows up fine in vscview, but cannot activate touchpad in game and cannot progress as a result (ghosts of tsushima on playstation plus)

Anyone can help with this? Thank you in advance!

Sony broke something in Playstation Plus and PS Remote Play, workarounds are needed

Ive gotten it to work, but its very inconsistent. I need to make sure the DS4E is running before I open PS Plus. Even then, it only works some of the time. For example, sometimes I need to open DS4E, open PS Plus, open a game so I can test if the button is working, and then close all of them and redo these if it’s not. I’ve had times where I had to open and close everything about twenty times, which take almost an hour, opening a game each time to test (I used Ghost of Tsushima because it is the fastest to get to gameplay).

Once I have it open and working, I do not close PS Plus or the DS4E app at all. I leave them running in the background, and most of the time they continue working so that I don’t need to reset.

Hopefully this can be fixed? For now I went with rewasd and it worked right away.
