@iantaylor-NOAA brought up a while back that this was helpful for Lingcod. Providing some guidance to users on how to do this would be helpful. Perhaps this could be added to the intro vignette, which could be re-rendered.

@shcaba points out that it would also be useful to have the plots created by the {ss3diags} package in the same html view as the r4ss plots.
