Any chance for latest binary with codec pack?

Hi, since this project is now abadoned, Google has removed both CSipSimple and its codec pack from PlayStore. Are there any official or unofficial links for it? I was only able to track CSipSimple without its codec pack (which included the needed Opus 16k)

I don't if this is what you are looking for, but someone gave me this in the Project abandoned question. It ran fine on Oreo but I didn't test all of it's functionality.
