Wrong notification when SIP/SIMPLE message is received

When the first message in a conversation is received, it works fine.

When subsequent messages arrive in the same thread, in the original notification message that appears on the top bar, the first message always appear (instead of the last). When you pull down the notification area however, the correct (last) message appears.

When trying to integrate with Tasker, the first message is always picked up, not the latest.

Additionally the message list intermittently shows most recent message from other party or first message in thread from other party. This had persisted for several prior nightlies.
