Russian language broken on Win7 x64

This is actually a bit weird, seeing...

Operating system   : Windows 7 SP1 i386
user name          : Дмитрий

But let Lazarus pick default russian l10n and this UExceptionLogger would only have ??? ??? and ??? for all the captions.

I guess some comfusion between UTF-8 and UTF-16 or something

the file languages/UExceptionLogger.ru.po is encoded in windows-1251 not UTF-8 on my machine. Not sure if it is some error in FPCUpDeluxe or in your repo...

But even then, widget sizes are not fitting...
