Clerk Sign Up Error

I noticed that the live deployment at:

https://mysocialz.vercel.app/sign-up

throws the following Clerk error when trying to create an account:

Unable to complete action at this time. 
If the problem persists please contact support.

i have reached clerk's free tier limit, thats why
