Go pro conected by bluetooth

It is that we need to make an own application that records from a gopro hero 3 or 4, but they need to record by connecting the gopro directly by bluetooth. we use to develop .net framework. and I wanted to know if they had any documentation about it. or someone who can guide us to direct the development. thank you very much.
