• Sample: apply template changes
• Usage & history: add dates & provenance
• Phonology: new complex vowels section?
• Add all vowel char lists
• Move Standalone vowels down & add Post-consonant wrapper
• For vowels, then consonants
  • Add noexpansion to summary tables
  • Remove summary table consonant headings
  • Add sidebar items for empty sections
• Make sure Basic consonants is a single list
• Change sections around Typographic Units
• Convert all .codepoint markup to hx/ch
• Clean up database, esp for usage
