Regarding `frameless=True`

Sorry, my English is not good

I set frameless and transparent to True and used CSS style to draw rounded windows, but currently transparent is not supported on the Windows platform. After testing, I set transparent to False on Windows 11. Frameless windows have system default rounded corners, but systems below Windows 11 do not have system default rounded corners. I have also tried using win32gui to modify windows, but the results were not satisfactory. So, how can I draw a window with rounded corners on platforms below Windows 11?
