Several chips not compatible with logisim-evolution

I noticed that e.g. the AND gate in the lower left corner of 74163 is a 2-input when opened with logisim-evolution (master branch from github), while it is 5-input (correctly so) in original logisim. I also find similar problems in 74153, and there are probably others.

Not sure if this should be fixed here or in logisim-evolution, but considering that logisim is no longer maintained perhaps compatibility with logisim-evolution is more important.
