Allow toggling between DMG and DPS in team widget

Needs:

  • A config option to set the team widget's mode
  • A config option to set the DPS period in seconds
  • A hotkey to toggle between modes
  • An indicator for the team widget's current mode, e.g. DMG or DPS - may need localization

Perhaps also allow showing both at the same time, eg 9343 (avg 113/s)?
