[ LINUX - Kali 2023.1 ] trying to launch pwsh -File meterpreter.ps1 results in lot of errors

Hello, trying to launch pwsh -File meterpreter.ps1 after entering parameters results in lot of errors . What could be the problem? System: Kali 2023.1, PowerShell 7.3.3., Apache2 running.
