FOSS4G 2023: plans (deadline for abstracts 28 Feb)

Related to #53 (FOSS4G 2022). I am curious whether anyone is (also) planning to attend FOSS4G and prepare(d) a talk, workshop, ... Seems like a good idea to continue R-Spatial representation at FOSS4G!

Deadline for abstracts is very soon: ~this Sunday 19 Feb~.

There is interest already to talk about interfacing QGIS from R (https://github.com/paleolimbot/qgisprocess/issues/124).

I won't be there either unfortunately - only have so much time for international trips!

I was at FOSS4G 2022 so any questions, please do ask.

I'm hoping to attend online in some form.
