Feature request: Add an option in rpygeo_build_env() to enable parallel processing

Hello,

Thanks for this awesome package! I am creating this issue to let you know of the parallel processing factor environment setting in ArcGIS Pro. Given that some of the geoprocessing operations are computationally intensive, it would be great if you add an option to enable parallel processing when initializing the ArcPy site-package through rpygeo_build_env().
