Twitter card validator is not working

@maelle pointed out that the official twitter card validator is not working:

pkgdown users will probably naturally try to use it since it's recommended in the metadata.Rmd vignette, and then get confused about why it's not working:

I recommend to remove this link entirely or replace it with another validator (which one?)
