CRAN release?

Any plans to release this on CRAN? We use it in {styler} to generate the API file but {pkgapi} is not listed in DESCRIPTION because it's not on CRAN and people get confused about this from time to time. cc: @krlmlr, also see https://twitter.com/lorenzwalthert/status/1268196751879688192 :smile:
