consider actions/cache@v3?

I am starting to experiment with r-lib (and quarto) actions on GitHub Enterprise.

In actions/cache@v3, they add support for cacheing in GitHub Enterprise.

Would you consider a switch to this version?

This is not a great huge rush because the wheels of progress can turn slowly at big companies; we are a long way from rolling out anything internally.
