make lint workflow print affected lines

The lint action does not show the lines that are the subject of the warnings.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like to be able to refer to the lines that need attention, this would increase the workflow usability.

Additional context

Running lintr::lint_package() in R console locally gives the expected result in the Markers pane.
