Re-license as MIT
We are systematically re-licensing tidyverse, r-lib, and now (where possible) r-dbi packages to use the MIT license, to make our package licenses as clear and permissive as possible. To do so, we need the approval of all copyright holders, which I have found by reviewing contributions from all all non-RStudio contributors. @backlin, @BrianWeinstein, @byapparov, @craigcitro, @davidadamsphd, @deflaux, @drewlanenga, @gjuggler, @jarodmeng, @jimmyg3g, @Ka2wei, @meztez, @nathangoulding, @paleolimbot, @paulsendavidjay, @ras44, @rasmusab, @realAkhmed, @totogo, @valentinumbach, @zoews, would you permit us to re-license bigrquery with the MIT license? If so, please comment "I agree" below.

@valentinumbach @deflaux @davidadamsphd are you ok with relicensing bigrquery with the MIT license?

No response from @davidadamsphd or @valentinumbach, but I'll proceed anyway because those look like small contributions.
I agree. Sorry I missed this before.
