Support for QuestDB - SAVEPOINT exclusion

Hello, I'm a QuestDB maintainer, and I've been testing RPostgres with QuestDB. dbSendStatement() and dbSendQuery() work fine for me.

However, dbWriteTable() trips over SAVEPOINT not being supported by QuestDB. I've noticed this package does not use SAVEPOINT when connecting to Redshift. Would you accept a patch to exclude SAVEPOINTs on QuestDB, too?

EDIT: Another feature currently not supported by QuestDB is COPY from stdin, I see the driver makes use of it.

Thanks, sure. What would your ideal behavior look like? Does RPostgres work if you connect to QuestDB with dbConnect(RPostgres::Redshift()), or are more changes needed?

hi @krlmlr, pretending QuestDB is Redshift is an excellent idea, thanks for that! I'll give it a try later today and will post my update here.
