No active maintainer

Because of the unavailability of the maintainer I forked the repository and started merging pull requests and will work on solving open issues, which may be merged into this repo in the future. The fork is available at: https://github.com/topgrade-rs/topgrade

I'm okay, just can't find the time to maintain the project. Please avoid tagging people from my organization.

@r-darwish because no one seemed to by active I have created the topgrade-rs organization to bring this project forward and also to make it easier for having multiple maintainers.

I would also maintain it if you are okay with that.

Thank you very much @r-darwish for the suggestion, I appreciate the offer very much; Unfortunately I have to decline due to my work schedule, I also lack the time to own this project in a proper way;
