turn_on_highlight feature can be a cli option so that we can call it when needed

Currently the turn_on_highlight slows down our text_example_from quite a bit as we have have given around 3 sec wait for the highlighter feature to be visible. This slows down our CI test

Figure out a different way to implement it. Either cli option or something else
