Blacklist volume mixer streams

The recent version (2.1.29) removed the ability to blacklist certain volume mixer streams, so that they won't appear in the quick settings. Can you please return this very useful feature?

It has not been removed. It just hasn't been implemented yet. Scheduled to be implemented in the near future
