@toddrjen Thanks for opening this issue, I can reproduce locally. The current implementations are less numerically stable than is desired, so I believe this is consistent with other numerical issues...

I've merged some improved logging but have not yet included it in a release. I'm happy to consider PRs that would help us move towards releasing pre-compiled binaries that support...
