[AlwaysOnTop] Idea: Add a button for toggling the plugin easily

A button like the one used by the toggle activity plugin: Perhaps near the window management buttons (- [] X) to easily toggle the plugin (other than the keybind)

I'll consider this, though I'm wary to add another button for such a simple feature as the Discord client is crowded with a million different buttons as is.
