This is stll happening on windows 7 x64 and ruby231x64 and DevKit-mingw64-64-4.7.2-20130224-1432-sfx.exe Editing dk.rb file adding 'Software\Wow6432Node\RubyInstaller\MRI' seems to workaround the issue with ruby installation detection BUT it doesn't solve...
