differentiate between fonte and fonte ductile

Hey and a happy new year! Normally, we should differentiate between fonte and fonte ductile but we... don't do it for now.

Are you only using Fonte ductile or fonte so nobody complained about this?

Here the values of SIA405 eau - the official Swiss standard datamodel:

There you even have four values: fonte_inconnue, fonte_fonte_grise, fonte_fonte_ductile, fonte_fonte_Ahrens

With https://github.com/qwat/QWAT/issues/307 we might have to review the value list anyway and do the matching

In Pully we have only fonte ductile, fonte grise and fonte auto-étanche as fonte values. (but I would not be able to tell you the difference ;)
