[QGIS] CAD Roadmap for editing tools

@lbartoletti has produced a QGIS enhancement Proposal, which is the right way to discuss what tools are needed, the implementation details, and announce publicly to other potentially interested parties that we want to work in that area.

User group's feedback and priorities based on that document are welcome.

• reverse line tool added (Oslandia)
• trim/extend tool in progress (Mairie de Megève)

What's the progress of the trim/extend tool? It is an important tool in QAD on QGIS 2.18, for us :+1:
