Remove Install part from node inheritance

PSC 06/10 ask to remove part installation from nodes because it does not make sense to create node under such events.

In our water network (Lausanne), in most cases, the part are not placed on the pipe ends (node). Only hydrants, particular valve, source (adduction), tank and subscriber are placed on node , at the pipe ends.

We are moving towards the same idea. +1 to move them apart and to make them behave like valves.
