Description of the tool: The user can select a list of survey points on the map canvas and activate the insert processing of the features in the appropriate table (valve, hydrant, etc.) according to the codification of each survey point (internal use) and some attributes in the feature form are fill out by a list of default value (mapping and matching table for each kind of feature).
