Future enhancement: establish a structure to store meter consumption data

In the future, we would need a standardized way of storing the water meters consumption data. This would help to detect water losses in certain networks but also for hydraulic modeling.

The water network should be split into into several consumption zones. Each consumption zone should be measurable so that we know what amount of water enters and what amount leaves that zone. If we also have consumption data from the customers water meters, we can assess the level of leakage in those areas but also how water travels in that system etc.
