VimR URL Handler

Hello, Weeks ago I migrate from MacVim to VimR, but can't find URL handler to call files from browser and edit in VimR. Something like this: mvim://open?url=file:///Users/rado/test/c.rb&line=87

Is it exist this feature in VimR? Many thanks!
