Broken scroll in output

In v0.34.0-355 vertical scroll in output view is broken. For instance, ":hi" command shows only last screen and lines can't be scrolled via j/k/up/down. Previous build (v0.33.1-354) works correctly: first screen of output is shown and I can scroll it with j/k. SNAPSHOT-357 has the same issue.
