Typos in tutorials

Hi!

There are typos in the first formula of two tutorials: QuTiP Lecture: Pulse-wise two-photon interference of emission from a two-level system QuTiP Lecture: Pulse-wise second-order optical coherences of emission from a two-level system

The exponents of two interaction terms should be swapped.
