Yes, a button next to "Install" named "Ignore App" would be helpful

Ah I see. But I think there's more than enough space left of install. And multi select just for ignoring the app with no other actions? 

Personally, I don't see a need for multi select when it's only for ignoring updates but in the end, it's @rumboalla who decides it 😊

Yeah it's really annoying when you have multiple apps in different subfolders and need "starts with" matching

As a workaround, you can either set a regex match which optionally matches the scheme or just another starts with match without the scheme prepended. That's probably your best bet...
