[Feature Request] Improvements to Night Mode

Suggestions:

1. let night mode also apply to the top bar
2. automagically switch to night mode on Mojave when in dark theme (https://paulmillr.com/posts/using-dark-mode-in-css/).

note that this currently only works on the Safari Technology Preview (which will eventually be shipped with an update to the OS in the future, so this is low priority at the moment).

I would like to see feature of user preference on shared custom theme, or submitted user theme.

And I would suggest work around to use extension to modify the interface to be dark at the moment.
