Current behavior: I'm currently unable to maintain my own preferences in the app, for example I wish to highlight certain versus, add bookmarks, annotate others, and other configurations etc.

Expected / new behavior: As a [Reciter], I want to [Create an account], so that [I can configure and save preferences such as adding bookmarks, ability to highlight certain versus, etc].

This opens a new level of learning, from self service with some degree of analytics, to assisting muslim to learn Al-Qur'an with actual schoolar, and beyond..
