Support session verification

Triggering a session verification from Element on a Quaternion session seems to do nothing. This would be great to have since having unverified sessions makes Element X give a warning every time you send a message in an encrypted chat.

This has been indirectly tracked in #75 but perhaps it's indeed better to have a dedicated issue.

Partial implementation (Quaternion-initiated flow only) is done in f03ffd0, will be released in upcoming 0.0.97.1.
