Minimum macOS version supported?

Description

I'm not able to run build 0.0.95.1 on macOS 10.14.6, as it requires 10.15. I see there are multiple closed issues in the past mentioning 10.13 should be the minimum deployment target. Is 10.13 actually supported, or has the minimum version been changed to 10.15?

  • Quaternion version: 0.0.95.1
  • Install method: homebrew
  • Platform: macOS 10.14.6

10.13 is the minimum version but 0.0.95.1 was released with the wrong minimum version set https://github.com/quotient-im/Quaternion/pull/810
