macOS: Room settings do not resize with the window

The topic and tags boxes in room settings don't resize when you resize the room settings window.

For my own notes: https://github.com/QMatrixClient/Quaternion/blob/675dadb459d410ae4566e7b0a0b4104ea8af389e/client/networkconfigdialog.cpp#L81 looks like a way to make this work
