Wrong cover art/some covers are all the same?

Some covers are downloading fine using the lastfm plugin, but some other are all the same cover from a wrong album. I've tried downloading them again, I see the right cover in the plugin, I select it, I even reload the cover but nothing happens, still wrong.

In general, having musicbrainz data (e.g. musicbrainz_albumid) is one good way to get better quality lookups.
